Private Sewing Lessons
$25/hour and up, in my home studio or at yours
Do you need help with your sewing machine?
Do you have a particular garment you want to make but are stuck getting it going?
Do you want some help understanding patterns, either purchased or making your own?
I can support you either by coming to your house or you can bring your machine to mine. I have two sewing machines here, a serger and a lovely steam-iron which area also available for use.
Group Class 1: Learn to hem pants, properly
$35 per person, 1 to 2 hour class in my home studio (4 people max)
Bring in your own pants!
Optional: bring your own sewing machine (or use mine).
I will teach you how to pin, set and sew as a proper tailor does.
I have all of the thread colours here for sharing.
Come with the pair of shoes of height you would wear your pants. Expect to stay 1 to 2 hours for this session. Learn to hem your own pants, what an investment :)
